At Lureto Habitat, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order.
1. 30-Day Free Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.
This means that you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will cover the standard cost of returning the product, subject to the conditions below.
This 30-day return period is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including the statutory right of withdrawal applicable to consumers in the European Union.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return under our 30-day return policy, the product should:

You may inspect a product in the same way you would reasonably be able to inspect it in a physical store.
If a product has been used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may reduce the refund by an amount corresponding to any resulting loss in value, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Once your return request has been accepted, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions.
Please do not send a product back to us before contacting us, as this may delay the processing of your return.
4. Free Return Shipping
For eligible returns requested within our 30-day return period, Lureto Habitat will cover the standard return shipping cost.
We will provide the applicable return instructions or return method.
If you choose a more expensive return shipping method than the standard return method we provide or recommend, we are not responsible for additional costs.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund.
Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
The refund will include the amount paid for the returned product and, where required by applicable law, any applicable original standard delivery charges.
If you paid for an upgraded delivery option, the additional cost of that upgrade may not be refundable where permitted by law.
Please allow your payment provider or bank additional time to process the refund after we have issued it.
6. Return Processing Time
We aim to process returned products as quickly as reasonably possible.
Once your return has been received, we will inspect it and process the applicable refund.
The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.
7. Products That Cannot Be Returned
Certain products may be excluded from our voluntary 30-day return policy where applicable.
This may include products that:

Are perishable or have a limited shelf life;

8. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If the product is defective or does not conform to the purchase agreement, you may have statutory rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
These statutory rights are separate from and are not limited by our voluntary 30-day return policy.
9. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, size, colour or variant, please contact us at info@lureto-habitat.com.
Depending on stock availability and the circumstances of the return, we may arrange an exchange or ask you to return the original product and place a new order.
10. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases of goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Our 30-day free return policy provides an additional period beyond this statutory withdrawal period.
During the statutory withdrawal period, you may exercise your right without providing a reason.
Nothing in this Return Policy limits or replaces your statutory consumer rights.
11. International Returns
Customers outside the European Union may also use our 30-day return policy, subject to product eligibility and the return instructions we provide.
Where we offer free returns internationally, we will specify the applicable return method.
Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that are not refundable by the relevant authorities may be subject to separate rules and are not necessarily refundable by Lureto Habitat.
